Country Goumet Foods Ripoff Company was misleading, assured satisfaction, right to cancel in six months-now stuck with 3,000.00 freezer. original food order shorted 16 filet mignon. Clifton New Jersey

Sales person was very misleading. We were promised 100% satisfaction with service and products, as well as a refund of the freezer after 6 months if we were not happy.When we contacted them with the problem of a huge shortage of 16 filet mignon from our original food order, we recieved NO answers or solutions.

The company will not return phone calls and still after 3 months the problem has not been resolved. We are now being told that we have to keep the freezer, which is going to cost us $3,000.00 with 18% interest.

In total we spent over $6,000.00 for six months of headaches and unreturned phone calls. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company.
