Country Inn Suites Galveston, Texas Charged my card when I received no value Galveston Texas

 On April 14 2017 at 4:15 pm I booked a reservation with Country Inn Suites in Galveston Texas and intended for the reservation to be April 15 through April 16, 3017 but the reservation was booked in error for April 14 through April 15. When I received the confirmation email from them I noticed the error and immediately contacted them and requested that they fix the error. I was told that because the reservations that were actually booked were less than 24 hours in advance they could not be changed and that my credit card had altrady been billed for $215.00 which was non refundable. I will never stay at a Country Inn Suites again and recommend that if you are considering staying there be sure they get your reservation right or you will get no value foe what you get charged.
