Countrywide Home Loans Over valued my home now I am going into foreclouser because I can no longer afford the payments Semi Valley California

I bought my home ion November 19th 2004. I then financed the loan with Countrywide in Janruary of 2006. I originally paid $33,800 for the home and that the average of homes in the area. When Countrywide appraissed the house they appraissed it for $63,000 and talked me into a loan of $50,000 instead of the $31,000 I wanted. They told me that after two years I could refinance at a lower fixed rate. I am on Social Security Disability Insurance for a Mental Ilness.

When I filled out the loan I told the man how much I made a month. at the time I was physically healhier and was doing a little refurbishing of old furniture for friends. The agent told me to write down afigure that would be comporable to what I would make if I charged them. Then they made the loan for $50,000 and they told me it would be better if I paid my own Insurance and Taxes instead of a excore account to pay for these. This was the first home I had ever bought and knew nothing about the intigruals of home buying. Now I can not afford the payments and all the bills and have not paid June or July of 2008 payments as I dont have the money.

Also some one has stolen my identity and got cards and filed a false IRS Tax return in my name using my Social Security Number. this has made my credit rating very very poor. I need help as my mother and father always helped me but they have passed away. Thank you
