In the year of 1986 I was barely over the age of 20 with two small children and on welfare.  The County Schools Inc. Bridgeport Connecticut came to my door and basicly promised me that the program through their school would get me off welfare and I could better provide for my children.  I was told my program was an AA degree in Bookkeeping/Accounting.  Upon finishcing I received months later a simple dipolma, and after several attmetps of calling them I could no longer reach anyone to ask where my AA degree was.  I stayed on welfare for years after this as no one would hire me with no real schooling and no real trainning.  I was young on welfare and completely taken advantage of.  I feel that this student loan should be forgiven and so I will start that process.  I would advise anyone who feels that they were taken advantage of by this so called school, to file a report against them and then file to have your loan discharged.
