The documented conduct of the Washburn Wisconsin County Court Officials in cooperation with the County's Child Support Services (CSA) have and continues to commit act of corruption through their illegal collection campaign. When the Federal Government matches what they collect, dollar for dollar, then there's your incentive for corruption. Without checks and balances, corruption thrives. 

The Court in this county, creates support obligations based on the Child Support staff recommendation and not eveidence. When the non-custodial parent pay his support obligation outside the Court and provided evidence of the same, in fact showed that he paid more than what was authorized, the court said, "You did not pay through the CSA and they do not have a record that you even paid. Therefore, you must pay again, with interest. Now, if anyone with a little common sense would understand, if you show you paid an obligation, then there is no debt, simple right. But these corrupt officials had to create a debt to received funding for their county and themselves. The court and CSA have an interest in ordering the collection of money that is not owed. For every dollar collected, they receive federal funding to sustain, let's say, their jobs, which has transformed into a corrupted enterprise. Once above the clouds, your field of vision is crystal clear.

It is documented via court records and throught the court's own confession and order, that the court was "PARTIAL" in carrying out it's duties pursuant a particular case between particular parties. Therefore, the judge's orders, decisions, inter alia has to be discarded (thrown out). The court and CSA officials can not be trusted because they operate as a system of corruption against the citizens as a whole.

I support the class action law suit that will bring these and other individuals down. Our tax dollars should not be going to fund corruption. The documented evidence is overwhelming and this case is ripe for federal district court because of countless federal questions and civil rights violations. The Good Book  says, "At the end, their folly will be made known."

When a court can not be trusted to carry out the duties in which it was entrusted; we have a major problem and who do we turn to for answers?....

If you are having your hard earned money illegally taken by these type of corrupt officials, then start compiling solid information (Documents) to show a continued pattern of the corruption and report it to the appropriate agency.

This factual information is just the tip of the iceburg and the "Good Book" says "seek and you shall find, ask, and it shall be open."
