This website posts ones court records, previously accessible only through direct search on a court website and not through a public search engine, on his website, makes it publicly searchable through any search engine, and demands money to have it removed.
This is similar to mugshot classaction suite and I am ready to join any such case as plaintiff! According to legal sources this can be filed individually as a RICO case.
I however do not have the time or the resources to do so at the moment.
