courtrecords.org Ruining my life: False criminal record posted on the courtrecords.org site Internet

 I would be happy to file a lawsuit and find other to file a class action suit against court records.org

 I have tried to contact this fraudulent company and they will not even pick up the certified letter. The company is registered in Panama and does put erroneous information on their site. They are a complete scam!

Whoever you are accusing me, you are an idiot.  NO I NEVER have committed a crime, my whole point is that because of this stupid courtrecords.org, now I have an issue to deal with that is totally wrong.

Again, I have never been arrested. I had a DIVORCE 15 years ago, as far as I'm aware, that isn't a crime.

Wherever or however this company is getting its information it is not all legitimate.  PERIOD.

And as for the person accusing me, I hope someone comes along out of the blue and does the same to you so you can see how it feels.  I WOULD contact this creepy company but all I can see so far is how any attempt to contact them results in having to pay, pay, pay pay.  What an awful thing the internet can be, that creeps like this get away with this.

 Have you actually tried to contact THEM and point out thier error? I mean HOW are THEY supposed to KNOW? They are just a information database, NOT a fact checker service. until YOU have exhausted ALL attempts available to YOU, then attempting litigation against THEM is going to fail. THEY are only reporting as has been reported to THEM!! While YOU may not have ever been CONVICTED of a crime apperantly YOU have been ARRESTED for a crime. YOUR arrest is PUBLIC RECORD! So you cant sue them for reporting what is a PUBLIC RECORD! If your employability is in jeapardy then YOU should have thought about all of this 15 years ago. Some people go through life NEVER having to deal with charges or the police. Obviously YOU have had a few run ins with law enforcment. STILL all public record.
