Couture Moda Sent defective shirt, will absolutley not respond to me about it Pikesville Maryland

I purchased a $48.00 designer shirt from Couture Moda on March 23rd. I received the shirt promptly but when I received it the shirt it had very noticeable cracks in several places on the picture. They pull apart very easily and you can see the black fabric of the shirt through them. They are like cracks that would start from wearing and washing a shirt many, many times. This shirt is suppose to be brand new.

I contacted them the same day I received the shirt (March 25th) and simply asked for an exchange for a new shirt. A few days went by and no response. So I tried to write again. Same thing, days passed and still no response. Their return policy is 14 days, so by that time I've contacted them 3 times with absolutely no response. So up until now April 15th, I've contacted them 5 times and even opened a Paypal dispute and they are even ignoring that.

Never in my life have I run into horrible service like this and I want to warn other people to be very cautious ordering from them. I can't believe how they're totally ignoring me. It's just ridiculous. I simply wanted a new shirt sent to me. So I got a designer tee that looks like I've washed it 10 times and they got my $48 plus $9 for shipping.
