 My fiancé and I are training as a team. Our trainer has spent the entire duration of our training on the phone with His boyfriend that is soon to be his new partner. We have heard detailed accounts of him setting up the bfs partner to be fired so that they can team together. He has not shown us one iota of how to operate the vehicle and if we ask a question he ignores us and doesn't respond. Every time we have stopped he waits until we are getting back on the truck and then disappears for 30 min. Turns out he has been calling covenant and reporting that I am the one taking hour long bathroom breaks when in reality he is running to the bathroom to call them as soon as I get in the truck. There r several things he does to keep us from sleeping and now has convinced covenant to kick us off the truck so he can get back to his butt buddy. We have been rerouted back to Chattanooga from Cali to get off the truck. He has caused us so much stress and worry that my fiancé got sick. The trainer agreed to drive for him but when it came time for him to drive he would not get up even know we asked him several times. It would have been a safety issue for my fiancé to drive so we sent a message on the Qualcomm and went to sleep when my shift was up. Today my purse has turned up missing with all of my important documents in it. It was left in a safe spot where I have been keeping it during a bathroom break. Our trainer was left alone in the truck for ten min. My purse is now missing by he was mad that he had to drive. Covenant transports way to solve this problem is to set down In front of the trainer and a board and tell him the issues face to face. This is their way of intimidating students out of reporting bad trainers. This coupled with a nasty hotel and ample sexual harassment towards me that no one will document even after witnessing it, makes this the worst company I have ever seen! Christian values my ***!!!!
