Contracted Covey Creek Builders Tim W Wilson to build Patio Home in Houston, TX Oct. 2016 only finished concert slab, than first-floor framing after 4 months, then no more work has been performed, excessive lying and delaying the project, breach of contract, defrauded; failed to do work; failed to pay subcontractors; lied; makes false invoice to get draws, never picks up phone call, not returning emails, still owes us $60k+, only responded after my attorney contacted him, still lied and made up stories saying going to pay us back after the new year, has not heard anything back. These guys need to be put it in prison, we are suing him. Let us know if you would like to file a class action against this guy.

We live in Anderson Tx Micah Wilson was our builder on our barndamimium. He also failed to complete the build, failed to pay subcontractors in full, lied, 3 families had liens put on their builds due to Micah not paying is bill at the local lumber yard.
He had his subs lie and tell me in writing they had been paid in full, our shop was put up backwards & two walls were the incorrect size. We filled a report with sheriffs office but at this time they are waiting on a new grand jury. We found out Micah is moving back to Tennessee. Please feel free to contact me.
