Cox Chevrolet service Worst experience ever Bradenton Florida

Ive never been so disappointed they told me my car would be done in 11 days . After many conflicting excuses from the parts were damaged they ordered to the guy who work on my car his wife dieing I finally got my car back 4 weeks later and 5 week's total after taking it back .it was a simple job the rear quarter panel and the rear door needed to be replaced and painted .when I got it back the paint had terrible ripples and bumps in it called orange peel due to an amateur painter .on top of all that the rear automatic shade wasn't working properly the airbag light was light up on the dash the button to get into my trunk was just glued on and when I went to get something out of my trunk it just fell right through the trunk and it was covered in this black glue that wasn't even dry yet was all over my fingers and my headlights no longer worked I have no idea how they messed up a simple job so bad .so I took the car back immediately and spoke to the manager he tried to give me a bunch of reasons the paint wasn't right saying all high-end cars have this orange peel it's what protects the paint so on and so forth and I happen to know a few things about body work so I called him out on his b.s stating the few reasons this orange peel happens all adding up to crappy workmanship and he didn't have anything to say but he's sorry and "we'll fix it" and they said they would fix all the other problems as well

so I left the car and a week later I got a text saying the car was done so I picked the car up thinking it was done and they barely fixed the paint still see the orange peel but was much better and the trunk button was fixed everything else they just left in disrepair when I called to speak to the supervisor he gave a bunch of excuses again in typical fashion so I called gieco 1800 # and complained to them requesting to speak to the supervisor of the adjuster who was in charge of overseeing my cars work his name was David Goodyear (adjuster)he's the one that came up with all the excuses for the delay sent by text some how he got wind of me trying to get ahold of his supervisor and he called me posing as this supervisor saying sorry theres nothing else we can do for you basically telling me to drop it and when I wasn't satisfied with his rebuttals I demanded his name and the name of his supervisor and he didn't wanna tell me I had to ask 3 times and finally he said his name was David Goodyear so I'm sitting there complaining about him to HIM were talking a 30min conversation and he just kept playing along posing as the supervisor and when I asked for his info he knew the gig was up I hope they record those conversations and he gets fired cause I've never heard of something so ridiculous.. something so simple I mean I was barely backed into in a parking lot the guy 3feet from me I wasn't in a huge accident this should have only taken 8or 9 days tops .
