June 28, 2013 according to US Secret Service and FBI a black woman with a prison and drug record named Lorraine Prenters of Village Place apartments unit xxx was arrested on the property for dealing narcotics and was not evicted by property manager Erica Jardine and director of housing Gervon Flanagan who are both receiving drug kickback money from Prenters and other blacks who are trafficking drugs at St Vincent De paul
