C.P. Direct stole money from our account with no product in return Scottsdale Arizona

My husband first heard of the product from a radio show (Tom Likas). He ordered the product for trial and discovered it was pretty much worthless. According to the radio show, if you are unsatisfied you can return the "empty" bottle for a complete refund. I returned the bottle to the company and requested a refund. Not too long after the return another charge was taken from our checking account.

When my husband first placed the order he used our debit visa, which is directly deducted from our checking account. I tried several times to call the phone number for C.P. Direct and everytime I tried it was busy. I called our bank and they said they were unable to stop the deductions from our account. In the end, we had to cancel our debit cards and have our account renumbered to stop the deductions.

It has been about a year since this occured and just happened to see the article about this company on the MSN homepage today. So, since they are seizing assets - can we get our hand in the pot for some sort of return on our monies?
