CPR Cell Phone Repair Kept My Cell Phone Worth Over $400 San Antonio Texas

I damaged the screen on my new T-Mobile MDA phone, only 2 months old. I searched the Internet and found CPR (Cell Phone Repair) and called. They had the cheapest rates and made me feel comfortable in sending them my cell phone. After all, this is a franchise company.

I sent them my phone in March of 2007. I called several days later and was told that my phone could not be repaired. They said they were going to return it to me but I have yet to receive it.

I have called them on a regular basis for 3 months now. Each time I call they give me a different story. Once when I asked for a person's name they actually hung up on me! The managers name is Noel (so I was told) but he is never there and does not return my calls.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in June 2007. If nothing gets resolved I will have to try legal action against them.

Lesson Learned: Make sure you thoroughly check out a company before sending them money or goods. If I had done this, I would have found several complaints. Live and learn....
