CPS Consumer Portfolio Service!!! ILLEGAL COLLECTION ACTS!!!! Irvine California

This company is practicing illegal colltions acts .... I have worked in collections for 3 years and I play along with there little games just to piss them off like they TRY to piss me off. First the first month i got the loan they had not sent me a statement or anything so i didnt know where or how to send the payment. Paymnet due on the 4th they called on the 5th ( understandable) i got the info and advised them DO NOT CALL ME AT WORK ...REMOVE THE NUMBER! .... well about six months later i was a little behind but it wasn't even the end of the month and i was paying it that friday.Well guess who calls me at work BEFORE THEY EVEN TRIED TO CALL MY CELL NUMBER!!! I didnt even give them a chance to tell me wwhat they wanted i firmly told her if she didnt remove my work number i will sue for illeagal collection acts and i wont owe them sh** for the car they were robbing me for (20% intrest) no more calls at work !!!

Then i lost my job i was only out of work for 1 month but that is a long time when living check to check and i have just moved out on my own. They called and i made arrangments with them ... oh yeah if you let them know that they are not gonna talk to you any kinda way they will find their place real fast... so after i made arrangements i didnt answer the calls i mean what for they were eating up my min... so they started to call my references and got to my sister and proceeded to harrase the living s**t out of her like she owed them the money and after she kept telling them to stop calling her they started giving her my info so i called them again and got them straight b/c i know they law they dont test me but anyway they tried to be slick they did a search on me and found a land line phone and address for me or so they thought they did i had gotten my friend a house phone in my name for her well when they called her she told them that i didnt live there they said yes she does a family member told us that she does my friend told them that the phone was in my name but i didnt live there ... they called her over and over again and then they left my acct info (status) on her voice mail ... GOT'EM .... that is what i was waiting for i told them that i advised them that was not my residence and her voicemail clearly says HER name and that they have breached my contract by discloseing account info with soeone that was not on the contract and that i will be contacting my lawyer to see what else i can get out of them besides a FREE CAR !!!! oh then all of a sudden they wanted to defer a payment and remove the service fees and look into lowering my intrest rate.
