CPS HEMET CA SHONTANETTE LIGGINS-HENDERSON CPS worker promised to bring my child home ! I have done EVERYTHING ASKED. She told my kids they get to come home!! She also woke my 2 year up from a nap and she had 2 trainers with her. She made him pull his pants down shirt off and my baby was SCREAMING AND CRYING!! I have done everything and more for her and lied my kids are still not home. She talks down to me belittles me and said I'm not getting them back no matter what I do. California

I'm a mother of 3. I had a horrible CPS worker. It all started with my husbands X wife. Anonymously called they open a case cuz of my history from 5 years ago. Yes I was a late bloomer. But I am a loving caring mother and my children changed my life for the better!! At court we signed 1 clean test and enroll in a 90 day program kids come home. We got a new worker named Shontanette Liggins-Henderson She informed me that she has her own case plan and nothing else matters whatever was said in court does not matter!! We are to do what she says! She's very intimidating very scary because she has my life in her hands I did and completed everything she asked So after 6 months we had court she had told me the kids will be home.

After dealing with her lies and the long 6 months she kept saying they will be home this week. But every week it was something else or paperwork she needed. I DID EVERYTHING!!!!!. SHE TOLD MY GIRLS, ( " ARE YOU SO EXCITED U GET TO GO HOME"). My daughters call me very excited.telling me they are coming home!!! Come court the kids still not home!! At court she made something up so they can not return home she never even look at Me and did not say 1 word to me. I was blind sided when they were not coming home. There has been so many things she has done to break the law. From driving in her own car. Never return my calls.

Belittle me tell me that no matter what I do that I will not get them back!!! She has never given my mother health cards. She went to my mothers house and wanted to see my boy who at the time was 2 years old. He was taking a nap she had 2 other women with her. She made my mom take his pants off and shirt off when he was sleeping. He woke up screaming and crying because my poor baby was being striped down out of a dead sleep. When we ask her about it and told her that was very Inappropriate and ask her why?? She said " I wanted to make sure he was alive ". She talks down to my mother when she just wants to make sure my kids are safe.

She tells my mother if your daughter doesn't get her kids back who will keep them. My mother said she would of course!!! She was parking down the street spying on my mother. She always tells me. I will talk to my supervisor when I ask her for more visits. And never calls me. Then says I'm not doing what she says when in fact I have done everything she has asked. She just lies fabricate s. And use scare tactics. She knows I am very emotional when I talk about my children. And she feeds off of that!! I am not a bad person I just want my life back. My family I can't even see my own mother because she has made it clear she will put them in foster care. I know this sounds crazy but I swear to you she is not nice and is out to ruin life's and it's very hurtful.

There's so much more she has done!!! It's just not fair. And all I want is my life back. And a worker that would actually look out for my children's best interests!! And not interrogate seven and eight-year-old !!! I just pray to God and hope someone something will stop this women. She has got to stop doing this to children and treat people like humans. My son had a little cold we took him to the dr. And they gave him penicillin!! So I brought the medicine to my mother and gave him less then half of recommend dose!! Reason being is because his father is allergic to Penicillin and so is my mother ! So I wanted to make sure he would not have a reaction!! About 10 min later after I left is when ligging Henderson had stopped by With the 2 other workers. And they were screaming at my mother about the medication!!

My mother has never done anything wrong to be treated so badly and put down and calls me up so upset because she has can't believe that someone can treat her so horrible when all she is trying to do is help keep the kids safe. So a year later we Hv court coming up and worker wants to take my God given right away after all I have done!!! I did everything and more. But that's not good enough. I do not trust worker Henderson so I stop calling her and am trying to talk to supervisor to change worker. But she had me talk to another worker and had me believing that I was talking to supervisor!!! Just craziness. All I want is my family. But she told me I'm not good enough.
