CPS of montereey county of califonia all the supervisors that run the program of taking children Took my newborn grandaughter and did it knowing that the other grandma was right there and my son and i want her. they refuse to even tell us anything all they say is im sorry there is nothing they can do Sailinas California

My son Michael was in jail i was searching for his girlfriend Carolyn at all the homeless camps to find her and bring her home befor she had the baby but what me and my son didnt know is that she allready did.

Found out that she had her april 30 2019 the hospital called her mother and sister CPS was called they asked the other grandmother if she was going to take the baby. she told them she wanted to talk to her daughter Carolyn first only because she is raisingg carolyn 6 yr old son and just wanted to make sure she didnt have to take Carolyn with her.

the grandmother went to work came back to check on baby and the hospital refused to let her see the baby at all the CPS worker bullied the mother into sighning safe surender papers told her if she didnt she would go to jail.

Now my son Michael and I have called and talked to the the CP S worker that took her Migeul Sanchez he refused to tell me anything that it was confidential. i told him i was the baby other grandmother and we want her.

she has a 6 yr old sister that wants her, a father that wants her, she has grandparents and aunts and uncles that want her0 he told me sorry there was nothing we could do about it. i asked to talk to his supervisor, she said the same thing.

i had asked to talk to her supervisor she said the same thing i talked to every supervisor all the way up to the director of the program and she to just told me im sorry there is nothing we can do about it. they are calling my lil grandaughter baby dow her name is Emily . my son Michael e en called them from jail he was heart broken that this had happend.

the director of the program told him he had to wait till he got out of jail. well my son Michael got out of jail and died last month one day after he got release from jail .i want my granddaughter she belongs with her family and they refuse to even talk to any of us.

now i know Cps is supossed to seek out family first and they did not i have begged them over and over they refuse tbe other grandmother has begged tem and they tell her the same thing.

they know they are in the wrong they know they went about everything wrong and they are putting our baby up for adoption i can not let that happen i deaperately need hep getting her and stoping them i dont know what to do so please if there is anyone that could help me please do get ahold of me my son did not want to give his baby away i do know that i cant have my grandaughter given up for adoption we all love her and want her.
