I purchased a Lap Top computer on line @ www.cpu-parts.com, they had reaaaaally awesome website, so I figured it would be a good place to buy from (speaking about appearances) After I placed my order I received an email confirming my order, next day another email saying my order was on step 3 of 10 steps. I went online to check it out, and step 3 meant they had already charged my account. Five days after I received another email saying it was on step 3 of 10 steps. So I contactewd them via email, and asked them for a phone numer to call them, they sent me an email in reply aswering none of my questions and redirectiing me to their tracking page which says absolutely anything at all about the order.

Nothing more than telling me again what I have ordered, and that much I think I would know... I emailed them again and I got no response for another 5 days, thou I kept emailing them everyday. It turned into HELL trying to contact this company, I called my bank to dispute the charges, and I received and email the very same day stating that they would credit my account within the next 48 hours. Of course it hasn't happen yet, I figure my bank will collect the money, but the hassle and the nightmare is PRICELESS. These people should be taken to JAIL and left there for the rest of their lives.

Some Tommy Haggan, Tracy Streets, those two are the reprsentatives that handled my "ORDER"... if it can be called 'HANDLE'to the action of not responding emails, and replying with answers not related to the questions made. I never received a phone number, never received a call of course, never an address, it's amazing how a bank can open an account to a fraudulent business.
