We received a letter from this "company" claiming to be from the "State of California Department of Collections" and to call the number 866-218-3319.
We called this number and got a forwarding service which relayed to another numner which a person claimed to be "ATF Tax Company" who described the company that he worked for as a company that helps clients deal with the IRS (for a nominal fee of course).

These records appear to be fabricated, as well as the letter does appear to be impersonating the State of California Department of Collections.
No such taxes were owed and we don't know who the person on the specified address is.

Hi There I just wanted to tell you , that I was doing some digging around with this and this is not the CA state tax . The number is a Google Voice number and you know that the State of CA would not use Google Voice, I would take those Documents to the FBI in your area and leave them know whats going on. Do not let this person get away with being an imposter of the State of CA.
I called the number and it just reconnects like you said no answer . I am going to try later and see if I can talk to someone. By the way I am Francine the Scammer Slayer and I investigate and call scammers and report them, to get them off the streets.
