Craig Capestrani Running Scams to Ripoff Ebay Sellers This guy is using Ebay's new rules to ripoff Ebay Sellers and probably buyer too. He's gettting free rentals claiming false damage claims. Never hire this guy or do business with him for any reason Garfield Heights Ohio

This is another guy in the business of rippinng off and scamming people on Ebay. This guy rented a VCR DVD recorder to transfer tapes then claimed something was not working to get refund. So he got a free rental and I paid return shipping. He used the Ebay cac_us_ahcm2eqli on me but these people usually use several the name used was Craig Capestrani ,Garfield Heights OH 44125-2112
