Beware of Frank Perez from CleaningPlus.net (805) 483-6345 & (888) 446-7587 they spam Craigslist for a living by violating the rules on Craigslist wanting to sell their awful cleaning services to fool people they are the only ones Craigslist here: http://santabarbara.craigslist.org/hss/ and http://ventura.craigslist.org/hss/ and
http://losangeles.craigslist.org/search/hss?query=888-446-7587&srchType=A

It says on Craigslist "How often can I post? You may post to one category and in one city, no more than once every 48 hours. only" read here on the posting rules: http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/faq

But Frank Perez assumes he can overpost ignoring the posting rules everyday, like posting 10 to 15 times a day per catagory totally avoiding the rules on one post every 48 hours. Noop, not Frank, he will post as much as he likes, selling his lies and scam business to people.

Second, Frank Perez from CleaningPlus.net is lying about their company being iicrc.org certified for cleaning service such as carpet cleaning, they are not. Their company is not at all listed under any catagory at all from iicrc. This guy is a scam to tell people on his website and his post on Craigslist they are iicrc certified is not true. You can search on iicrc's website and see how this is misleading.

Don't be fooled on this cleaning company, it is a total scam by spamming ads on Craigslist and telling your certified under iicrc and they are not. They are just out to scam people to tell people how good they are and tell people their lying tactics about being cleaning certified is hogwash. They are out to fool UCSB college students about ther move cleaning services and they do not provide information on their immigration service either or if they are E-Verified? I mean seriously Frank, who's doing the work? Are the employees illegal? If they don't want to answer than I think it another big question about their business doing business in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Oxnard & Angeles if they are unwilling to tell people their business before going into your home or business office.

Don't trust them!

Here's what they spam posts daily on Craigslist Ventura & Los Angeles household services section:

We offer the best Carpet,Matress, Upholstery,Tile & Stone cleaning & restoration, we use the latest technology in equipment, material & techniques. Serving Ventura County for over 23 yrs. WE CLEAN YOUR CARPET, TILE & STONE 10 TIMES BETTER THAN THE AVERAGE CLEANER.Do you think you need to replace your carpet, tile or marble floor? Think again we will save it, and save you lot's of money. All work 100% guaranteed. (805) 483-6345 "YOUR CARPET DRIES FAST" or it's free! http://www.cleaningplus.net/

If they cleaned 10 times better then why do you spam ads on Craigslist and not the talk of the town of the best cleaning company making millions then, right Frank. This is scam advertising and using when there is no trade mark under anything of this business. I searched under the US Patent Trademark office and nothing is under that name at all.

People do not waste your time with these people, they are just fooling you they are the best, if they are, they wouldn't need to violate rules on Craigslist if they were so good. I don't think so.

I am changing my review and dropping my complaint on this carpet company. I never meant any harm and wasn't agreeing with spamming on Craigslist. So I wish this business the best and to continue carpet cleaning as they do. Sorry for the report.
