This is an old scam with dozen of people who have already been victimized complained. I am just a new victim I suppose. This company collects $3,000 from idiots like me who were naive enough to believe that any company featured in the New York Times must be legitimate. I now see that the reporter who wrote the article is a Chinese who was probably paid off (like every reporter in China) to glorify the company with the advertorial which is disguised to look like a feature article.
Anyway I was promised to get a three month internship with a well known international magazine as an assistant editor. After I paid my fee ($3,000) and spent another $3,000 on my plane tickets, visa, and apartment rental in Shanghai, then and only then do I realize I was had. The great internship I paid for is no longer available (it was already taken by another intern) but "not to worry - now that you are in China, we have another great internship for you!" This turned out to be a job posting internet ads for a Chinese company that I suspect is a fraud since nobody at that company would tell me their real Chinese name or give me business card!
CRCC has 5 different ways to collect your payment but not a single way to give you a refund. I spoke with a girl named Eva (maybe not her real name) but when I try now to use live chat for complaining or demanding a refund, I get messages that all customer service reps are "busy"! I did some searching on line and found a handful of other complaints that I sure wish I saw before. Here are some of them,

People at Scam.com say that that CRCC is registered to a fake company that does not exist and others say tha the company's web site went online in 2011 even though Eva told me they have thousands of happy clients since 2006.
Why did I believe them? Look at their awesome website, all those fake YouTube video testimonials and fake review sites and you will see I bought the illusion - NOT the reality! These b*stards are super slick con artists and nothing more.

Dear Forum Owner,
We are aware that CRCC Asia is the victim of an online smear campaign by one of our competitors to discredit our service through a coordinated strategy of posting inaccurate and defamatory information about us on various sites. All of the posts have come within the last couple of weeks and all use the same language. On one of the sites, the forum owner has stated that he has received 200 spam emails from the same IP address about this.
As a company that employs 50 people worldwide and has won government awards for what we do, we are absolutely despondent about this as well as disgusted by the lack of ethics and morality taking place. The statements are purely fictional and we see this as defamation and a criminal offence. We are considering legal and police action against this, and we know that this could be a lengthy and complex process, but one that we will take if necessary to clear our name.
In the meantime, we urge you to consider removing the whole post from the forum along with all of the comments. Again, the stories are made up and fictional and we are happy to disprove every single one of them if required.
Please can you take the time to respond to this email by removing the threads, or alternatively we would be very willing to speak with you on the phone to explain the situation in detail.
