Creations Global Retail Alexander Plastics Failed to honor the terms of a long standing legal contract which required renumeration for services that were completed inolving royalties for product designs, kiosks, Retail Merchandising Units, etc Dallas, Texas

Alexander Plastics DBA Creations Global Retail/Creations at Dallas does not uphold their obligations on contracts with their company.  Mr. Ben Goldfarb and Jac Crawford do not honor long standing legal requirements stipulated in contracts for services that have been rendered to their company.  Even when contacted directly by the individual/individuals and by attorneys, both Ben Goldfarb and Jac Crawford do not wish to respond, give a reason, or comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the above mentioned contract that was signed by Ben Goldfarb.  This is not the first time that Mr. Goldfarb has tried to walk away from his contractual obligations.  The injured party/parties can only come to the conclusion that Mr. Ben Goldfarb and Jac Crawford are not honorable business men and anyone or company that has a contract for services with this company may find themselves in the same position.
