Creative Concept inc. Suzie maria not shipped back my sculptures,empty promises, blatant lies,fake exhibition,sculptures stolen? New York New York

Last year (2013) I was contacted by Suzie Maria of Creative Concept Inc..

I signed a contract for one year and one exhibition “elements of expression”. Also art book and publications in many art magazines was promised.

Once the 2500USD was transcribed communication became very hard.

The shipment of my sculptures was full of problems, not a right delivery address, so to say the wrong shipping company, too expensive for the plane, delays at customs, etc..

I traveled to New York to be present at the opening of the exhibition. Also was promised to me by Suzie that she had arranged appointments with collectors and galleries for me during my stay in New York. Nothing of that was true, all pure fantasy of Suzie.

The exhibition took place in the back streets of Chelsea where only garbage trucks parked.

On the second floor of an abandoned building there was hastily set up an exhibition the day before the opening. On the front door you could see a little flyer with the name of the exhibition.

I was pretty upset when I arrived at the opening night and saw that my sculptures were not there.

I indicated on a powerful tone Suzie her responsibilities, she played the game and seemed much affected.

Her words "look into my eyes, friend, I am an honest person," sound to me daily in my ears.

After the opening, I traveled back home; I demanded to Suzie that she send photos of my sculptures taken in the gallery, which she did. So my sculptures had arrived there.

After the exhibition in September 2013, I was asked whether the sculptures were allowed to stay for another exhibition in January, I gave my agreement. But nothing happened with my sculptures there.

Starting in February, I have tried by all means to get back my sculptures to Belgium but without result.

I possess approximately 250 e-mails with CCI; It becomes clear that every time after a while another person follows the matter.

A friend who studied the past school year in New York at NYU Law School sent a few e-mails but this made no impression.

Since my sculptures after seven months of negotiations are still not back in Belgium I interpret this as stolen art.

I think there are many people affected by Suzie Maria, but because we are all individual artists Suzie Maria feels safe, it is after all almost impossible to start a lawsuit alone against this impostor.

We should be able to unite in order to get our own artworks back home and to ensure that this impostor can make no further victims.
