Have you ever wondered why your paychecks are so low? OR Why supervisors seem to have BIPOLAR symptoms? The moment you lay foot into the unorganized, cigarette filled room, all the interviewers gain a MASSIVE headache.

Why is it that when most of us bust our a** recruiting and doing supervisors dirty work get no recognition? Its because they have been taught by Miguel to be nothing but users. CCR works off of profits that clients give them, the reason we dont get paid hourly most of the time is because (inhale because this is really REALLY important) the supervisors get BONUSES if CCR makes a highter profit at the end of each project.

So heres an example, if you work for David Weekly and get paid a measly $3.75 per complete for a 15 minute survey, the company gets a $10.00 profit for each complete we get, so instead of helping us get higher pay, the owners just keep getting rich off of our hard work.

You think thats bad? the interviewers work most of the time from 5-9 with a 15 minute UN-PAID break...and when i say 15 minutes, im not kidding its 15 minutes on the FREAKING dot.

I also want to add that since Miguel who is the head boss, is hispanic, he has let all the interviewers who are hispanic come back WITH HIGHER PAY than the non-hispanics and re- apply even though they got fired for cheating or other reasons yet when the time came for me I didnt even get a call back from him, I was one of the best Reps there. He is a person who just sits in his office and flirts with other supervisors (ERICA). THAT IS INSANE.

NEXT TIME THINK 15,000 TIMES BEFORE EVER THINKING ABOUT APPLYING AT THIS COMPANY.
