Creative Curb Company Rod Aguirre-Owner Fraudulent business steals customers money Spring Internet

Creative Curb Company owner Mr. Rod Aguirre has a persistent pattern of soliciting flyers in neighborhoods with a promise to paint the curb with one's address and design of your choice and not following through. The price is between $25 to 50 and they leave a flyer on the front door and the next day they pick up the check and leave a small notice saying all work will be completed within 5-7 business days.

After a week goes by November 7,2014 and my check has cleared the bank still no one shows up. I have left 2 voice mail messages that were not returned. I then e-mailed Mr. Aguirre asking for a refund. He promised me to be patient that his crew was behind schedule because of the bad weather. Another 2 weeks go by and still no curb painting. Owner then claims on Facebook Nov 13th he has been in a wreck and didn't know when service would be continued. Today, (December 10, 2014),  I noticed he is back to painting as customers are requesting him from Nov. I am still waiting for my refund which I requested again via e-mail in Mid November. Today, I left another voice mail message and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Houston and the local media news in Houston. This company needs to be shut down. There are currently 9 complaints of taking customers money and not providing a service with the BBB. This company has the most horrible, and unprofessional customer service.
