These statements are from the website:

We Guarantee that you will make $9,000.00 (at least) or we will continue to broadcast your advertisements until you do! You don't have to Sell, Sponsor or Advertise...EVER! It's all automatic!

100% of the people who join DollarzBlaster will make money! That's because even if you quit, we'll give you a $30.00 refund just for trying it! What could be better than a program which is so good, it will PAY YOU to try it? Nothing!
--------------------------------------------------------

I have come to the realization that the above statements are anything but true.
I followed the instructions, obeyed the rules and I waited patiently for my money per their warning:

#1a). I've heard that DollarzBlaster kicks out members for little things, like emailing the Help Desk with questions, and for contacting our sponsors. Is this true?

It's absolutely 100% true! The reason we're the fastest growing program on the planet earth is because we don't put up with any crap from anyone...and that means you! If you violate any of our rules, or annoy us in any way whatsoever, we'll cut you loose so fast it will make your head spin! Here's our advice: follow the frikkin' rules! One thing you need to get through your head right this minute is this: we may be the most generous program on the web, but we're probably also the harshest. The reason for this is simple; the world is filled with morons whose sole purpose in life is to screw up a good thing for everyone else. We're very quick to show them the door! So don't be one of them!
-------------------------------------------
My PayPal account was placed on limitation because DollarzBlaster is not in compliance with their policies. I was told my account would remain limited until the PayPal pay button was removed from the site.
I immediately contacted PayPal and explained that I was not authorized to make any changes to the site and I did not have access to remove the pay button.
I have been a member in good standing for 7 years but PayPal responded with regret and insisted that until the problem was resolved, my account would remain limited and if it was not resolved in a timely manner, my account would likely be terminated.
I attempted to contact DollarzBlaster by email several times but did not get a response. I tried calling but both numbers listed on the site are fax lines so I have successfully sent 2 faxes but they still did not responded.
It makes no sense that they use a PayPal pay button on the sites. I believe they are very aware that their sites not acceptable to PayPal and they use it to avoid making payments.

My PayPal account is now restored because my DollarzBlaster site has been completely removed. This tells me that they have received my emails and fax, they are just choosing to ignore me.

I know I am not alone, I have read so many similar complaints all over the web. It makes me sad that people as intelligent and insightful as the ones behind this scam don't use these gifts for a better good.

I am hopeful that an attorney will eventually see all of the complaints and find a class action suit justifiable.

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds

Anthony Ramirez is not involved in this!

AUTHOR: Tony - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 13, 2013

Dear Sirs,

Let me begin by saying that I greatly appreciate and respect the service which you provide. I believe it to be honest, fair, and in the best interest of the community.

The complaint which you received and posted back in 2008 is the result of a case of mistaken identity. Please allow me to explain.

RightDownTown.com (a site which I still own and operate) was at an inchoate phase in 2007 - 2008. It was my intention to make it a free consumer portal; leading people to restaurants and local businesses.

As part of that process, I advertised to colleges and universities in order to attract bloggers and people with cutting-edge ideas to advertise using our domain. Initially, there was no cost involved with this; we hosted their pages for free.

One of these individuals was a man by the name of Allen Mishkin. Allen at first wished to upload pages which advertised bikini & bodybuilding models, with a 30-day free trial period. It seemed likely to me that this would build our traffic, so I agreed.

Allen then told me about a defunct money-program called DollarzBlaster, and suggested that were I to snap up the domain, I could capitalize upon their residual traffic. It seemed like an interesting idea, so I purchased the domain. Allen also told me that he would be happy to design a new page & scheme (I thought it looked as if Homer Simpson had done it!), and that he could market the business himself. Needless to say, I allowed him to do both. To my great surprise, it began doing a huge amount of business... and traffic went through the roof. I mistakenly took this as a good sign; Allen was actually in violation of PayPal's rules of commerce.

The bottom line is this: I really had nothing to do with DollarzBlaster. The complaint in question is for a few dollars, but the person who posted it has not responded to my attempts to reach him. I would appreciate it if you would remove my name, and replace it with Allen Mishkin... if indeed you would want to bother at all. Again, it's a complaint about a few dollars, and it's more that 5 years old!

Regards, Anthony Ramirez
