Please post my complaint about Creative Environments and Tom Baird who has a lousy landscaping company in Arizona that I characterize as having unprofessional customer service and shady workmanship who recently haphazardly completed my project and in fact installed my project without approval from my HOA. I should have checked their BBB history. I should have checked their AZ R.O.C. complaints. I feel like I have been ripped off and poor customer service by Tom Baird and Joe Tafoya, who are both incompetent idiots! They were specifically instructed about the HOA and the importance of approval and still neglected to wait and proceeded anyways on their own. They don't care and knew the requirements after claiming to have done prior installations at other homes nearby. Do not promote or support this organization. Creative Environments is unprofessional. Do not do business with them!
