Creative Listing, Inc. Tried to fraudulently deduct $1,200 from my checking account Hollywood Florida

On October 24, 2008 I agreed to purchase 350 annuity leads from Mary Ann Davis with Creative Listing at the cost of $400 and as requested faxed them a signed copy of my company's check in the amount of $400 dollars.

On October 29, 2008 Creative Listing's draft for the $400 cleared by bank and I received my leads.

On November 4, 2008 Creative Listing, Inc. attempted to fraudulently draft my bank account for $1,200 on a different check number. I called Mary Ann Davis when I was notified of the pending draft of $1,200 and she was unaware of it but would check into it and referred me to Elizabeth Thompson the owner.

I have attempted to contact Elizabeth and have left multiple voice mails but have todate (11-13-08) no response from either Mary Ann or Elizabeth regarding their attempt to draft my account for the unearned $1,200.
