I got called about a month ago from Credit Alliance Group and Lower My Bills by a guy named Eric Pinola. He said he got my information from an online thing that i had filled out and that i had requested for his company to call me back to help me out. That part was somewhat true i guess. I did fill out some one question thing and it was affiliated with lower my bills. He said that was part of his company and he was in charge on calling me back to help me. That Credit Alliance Group was a sister company or something.

There was no affiliation links on either companies websites tying them together and i thought that was fishy.

Hmmm alright....Eric Pinola guy was a pompous a*s an told me that i had no other choice but to go with his company and continued to talk down to me making me feel stupid. Every time i told him i was not interested he kept talking in circles telling me he could help me ge tout of debt and that his company was THE best option out there. That they would even help me rebuild my credit and that they would not affect my credit that bad. YEAH OKAY! Sounded great. So i told him i would get back in touch with him after i did my research. Needless to say that i have never called him back. I did some research on the whole debt settlement thing. I found out that even tho they will help you pay off your debt it will DESTROY your credit by showing that you went to Settlement of your credit report.

This Eric Pinola guy was an annoying like to hear him self talk kinda guy. He had an answer for everything and talked like that Ben Stine guy on T.V. He sounded like a rotten crook so i had to check him out. So i did

Not only did i find out that this guy was lying to me he has a History of Lying. Eric Pinola has worked for other companies in the Dallas,Tx area and has been reported on Rip Off Report before for lieing and talking people into signing crap over the phone. Please BEWARE of this ERIC PINOLA guy he is a con man. if you ever hear that name Just HANG UP he is a no good guy just after your money. Go to Google and type his name in and you will see what i am talking about.

I am happy i found this out now before i signed up with them. Good luck everyone.

Stay away from Credit Alliance Group and Eric Pinola!

Your service was utterly professional, always responsive and personal

To Credit Alliance Group:

Its hard to describe the amazing feeling I experienced when on July 6th, 2009 I got an E-mail from Client Relations at Credit Alliance Group saying in bold letters that I had completed the program. My last account had been settled amazing.

I signed my contract with CAG on May 31, 2006. 2009 The representative estimated that it would take three years to work through the program and he was right. I feel stronger, I feel lighter, I even feel taller hard to describe the exactly how I feel great, Id say My deepest thanks to everyone at CAG. Your service was utterly professional, always responsive and personal.

I cant say that it was easy, but with you shepherding me through a complex and stressful process, I always felt that it was the right thing to do. To everyone enrolled in the program, I say, stick with it. To those thinking of enrolling, I say, do it! It works.

Thank You All at CreditAllianceGroup, Danny B.

I second this report! Please read to learn from our mistakes.

Sorry to hear of your experience, as mine parallels yours. But at least America can read what this company portrays and hopefully avoid a painful mistake of entering into a contract with Credit Alliance Group.

The comments about me are not true. Eric P.

AUTHOR: Eric Pinola - (U.S.A.)

Being the subject of this smear; I just wanted to make public record that these statements about me (Eric Pinola) are not true. Anyone that knows me would agree and I will keep this fictitious author in my prayers.

I do work in the debt management industry and I do help people become debt free again. I work for a company that has been rated as one of the Best places to work for in Dallas 2008. I have been promoted very quickly into management because I have a client solutions and best interest focused approach to helping people regain control of very hard situations.

Being in a leadership position comes with making hard decisions each day and sometimes those decisions entail relieving people from employment with our great company. My heart always goes out to anyone faced with such a situation and their families. Being in business there are rules and regulations that all of us are required to uphold and follow. This will never be a grey area with me; I will always choose to error on the honest & safe side.

On a positive note to anyone reading this; Credit Alliance Group is an amazing company that truly cares about our clients! We have leadership in place that truly cares about the direction and future of the clients that we touch. We are blessed with a servant leader at the very top to guide us and provide us the direction needed each day to help change people's lives. There are a lot of options out there for people, and I hope that people will take the time to educate themselves; because becoming debt free and correcting that part of their life is never a one size fits all item. It is a very challenging journey that the client has to decide to partake in and grow through. We bring all of the tools and knowledge to the table to make this a smooth process. The client does have to make it their purpose in life to become debt free again.

Feel free to look at our website Credit Alliance Group dot com and spend some time reading through our blogs. I know once you have done so you will see where that this is our passion. If you are in need of our help with your personal situation please feel free to give us a call.

A setback is a setup for a comeback!

Thank you Rip-Off Report for what you do and giving both sides the opportunity to
have a say!!
