Consumer First Platinum Card ripoff victimized many consumers Tampa Florida

I was sent an 'Acceptance Certificate' for a Consumer First Platinum Card with a guaranteed credit limit of $5,000 for a $45.00 standard processing and delivery fee. There weren't any "Terms and Conditions" included with this 'certificate'.

It was only one 'sheet' and it also offered a 'full money back guarantee with a membership package that would be mailed at a later date.

I, of course would never sign for anything without being given the Terms and Conditions as I have received other offers for Master or Visa cards . I looked this company up on the Internet and found 'many' other customers who responded to this offer and sent the $45 and never received the Card, and when they did it could not be used 'anywhere', as it was an 'invalid' credit card and worthless.

It was tempting because it offered o%APR for the first 12 months and a guaranteed credit limit. Being that I work for the County Attorney's office I have alittle knowledge of the 'signs' and red flags to alert myself of possible fraudulent scams. But, this is more than just a 'scam' .........this is felony theft and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
