NCO FinancialNCO Financial ripoff Horsham Pennsylvania

I owe a debt to Cardservices and NCO has the account. I have been paying monthly but since the last few months, NCO is coming back to me telling me that Cardservices is going out of business and wants me to pay my balance in full. I told them I could't afford that and they said they can do a settlement but the settlement is still higher than I can pay and they only took $100 off the balance. Each month they come back to me stating they were contacted by Cardservices to state they need more money but when I tell them I can't afford more, they take that. They sound to be upset but I don't care. I can only afford what I can afford.

I began to think, Cardservices can not be going out of business because they handle all my other credit cards, so when I thought about this, I said this is fake. They are trying to get me to pay this off sooner than I can. I haven't contacted them again about this and they have called me to confirm but I haven't returned the calls. I don't think this is right and I won't pay unless I get a statement from Cardservices stating that NCO told me is true and I will work with them only.
