Credit Karma Tax Filing Unauthorized charge to my credit card Longview TX, Texas

BIG RIP-OFF. As I checked my credit rating on Credit Karma as I have done for years, I saw the ad for using the tax filing program advertised as FREE federal and state filing. I had already prepared my returns on TaxAct for a charge of $64 but thought I would try CK if it was truly free. To begin with: IT'S A LOUSY PROGRAM, but my federal report matched TaxAct exactly. At no point was I shown a schedule of charges and I filed without being asked for payment. Later on I discovered that CK (those bums) charged me $197!!! I worked with my CC company to get this resolved but CK (those bums) would not respond. I'll do the math for you: That charge from CK (those bums) exceeded TaxAct by $133! I am so frustrated I am seeking legal action. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!
