Credit One Bank run by Robert Dejong is the prostitute bank of low income earners. This bank pimps credit cards with fees that can exceed the limit by double in one year!
This bank lead by Robert Dejong is shameful and hate mongering. They are homophobic, racist and pray on the weak.
This bank should be wiped out by the financial sectors of our government and sued by every cardholder who has been made a slave to this greedy and filthy bank.
Robert Dejong should be tried for racketeering and fraud. Its employees should feel ashamed to be associated with this godless bank.

To answer your question, I was never sued. I sued Credit One. And guess what, it cost them over $50,000 to fight over a $300 card which I paid off. I love arbitration. Read your contract, which can be found by googling credit one arbitration.
Jams is the most expensive arbitration company. Easily billing over $30,000 on a single case. And you have a right to an appeal by three member panel. They pay for all of this. It's right their in the Terms and Conditions.
