They never told us about the money that they would keep taking out monthly and/or that you had to pay for the order or partial of it before you could send it in/shipping, etc. They took money out our our checking account on 3 different occasions and on dates they were not suppose to and our account got chrged when it was not there on certain days, The total was about and approximate that was taken and charged is 99.99 6 times and 4 charges of 30.00. And when you called to remind them that you cancelled that do not have anything on record my loss they said
