Credit One Bank creates what apparently are bogus credit card accounts, sending me a bill for $75 for annual fee for a new card, yet I have never received a credit card from Credit One Bank. Their "customer service" is an offshore group that struggles with speaking English, and far too often disconnects the phone while you are on hold.
Evasive and otherwise vague with their information, the representative reads from a script that the card is due to arrive in 7 to 10 days. I am now waiting for the second card that was allegedly sent out to me, even thought I have never received the first credit card nor this new credit card.
They pump you for all private information for "security purposes." I wouldn't be surprised if this is an identity theft phishing scam. Google the company and the CEO, etc. and you will see how fishy the whole thing looks as a company, etc.

First of all we never applied for the card. Never recieved a card, hence balance is a 0$. Now getting a bill for a yearly fee on a card we do not have. I have called them repeatedly. I get evasive answers and confirmations that it is a mistake and accounts cancelled. Now a late fee is added to the user fee. They refuse to close account. Refuse to remove fees. We do NOT have a card from them. Now they call my phone 50x a day from different robo dial numbers to collect. I just want this account closed and removed from my credit score. There is no US contact option. Calls go to overseas and they LIE and do not help resolve this issue.
