I lost my job in Januaary and Notified Cresent by mail and telephone that I could no longer afford my car, that they should come and pick it up. After THREE MONTHS they finally called aadn talked me into sending $150.00 to keep the car for one month to see if my financial condition would change. It did not!! I called them again, and told them to take the car again! Two month later they finally called to come pick up the vehicle!!
They continued to charge my bank account, even though they have the car!! They made my bank accout $1,700 overdrawn.....
