We have resided here for over three years now and complained many times to the owners of the park where we reside. These verabl complaints were in fact made by myself and my wife to Mr. Bathia. Their management is out of control and they have constantly abused thier authority within the park. The management has neglected thier responsibilities within the park and will not respond to those who reside here when thier help is needed. The management also has been seen many times within the park drunk or high on drugs, and we have been told by other resdients Debbie & Gary Sohobrus have in fact, sold drugs to them.

We now are being harassed by the management here and thier children and friends due to our recent complaints about them. Nothing has been done about these problems and many people will not speak up as the Bathia's always seem to tell the Sohobrus who it was that complained, which is foolish. Then the Sohobrus', thier children and friends harass you and your property begins getting damaged, and so on.

The police have been here many times within the last week. The police who were here last night due to Gary & Debbie's children being right next to a resdents trailer taking pictures and verbally harassing them, told us that twice they have asked to serve search warrants on the Sohobrus but since the Bathia's own the park the police had to get thier permission first to serve the warrant. Both times the police went to serve the warrant the bathia's had notified the Sohobrus that the police were coming and the Sohobrus removed the drugs and such from thier home before they got here.

While waiting for the police to arrive this past monday night, Gary made at least 3 trips in and out of the park and their children were seen throwing things into the trunk of his wife's car. They obviously were trying to get something out of the park before the police arrived.

Many letters have been written to the owners abourt the management and thier drug activity and unruly behavior (which does include physical abuse) in the past several weeks. The owners have not done anything and are not stopping this problem, nor the problem of the management harassing others who live here. My car has been damaged twice this week by children the management are sending out into the park late at night, and they are encouraging these kids to damage to my car. The curfew in the park is 10 PM if you are under 18 years of age. Many under age kids have been seen running around all night long and they have been either the managements own children, or friends of the management's children.

Mrs. Bathia who is now sole owner of this park as her husband is now deceased, has done nothing to solve any of these problems. I spoke to Sonny Bathia last night who is her son and is now helping with park problems and such. Sonny said he was told by his mother that NONE opf the letters they recently received were signed. That is not true, as mine was signed and two other ladies who wrote also signed thiers as I have copies of thier letters. Mrs. Bathia also is claiming to her son that these problems with the management just started, which is untrue. These problems have been going on since very early on when we moved here in 2004, and with other residents for many, many years.

Please help us get these problems resolved and the drug activity and the people supporting that removed from this park.
