Cricket Phone Services Cricket service is the worst I've ever experienced! After troubleshooting a call, my phone is not now not working at all! Olathe Kansas

Cricket is the worst cell phone service I've ever experienced! The service itself and the customer service is poor and extremely frustrating! I was trying to troubleshoot a call and doing a good deed but instead I was yelled at by the team lead AND supervisor. They have escalated my problem, however, no one will problem-solve it for up to 48 hours. THEY asked me to reset my phone (as part of their problem-solving process) and when I did, it wiped out my service! I can no longer call out, receive calls, text out or receive texts. This was THEIR request to do so, not mine.

I called back and they apologized and said it would take at least 24 hours to problem-solve why my phone is now not working! Why do I have to wait when it's not my problem? I have an event going on tomorrow with people depending on me to contact them and cannot wait 24 hours. I explained this and they said..."sorry for the inconvenience". That's it?! The customer service is lousy! No one knows what to do there! I understand this is a low-fee based company but does the service have to be sub-standard too? I'm only a single female with no other telephone in the house. I sure hope I don't have an emergency because it'll have to wait for 24-48 hours! You sure do get what you pay for! One thing is for sure, I'll be looking into another cell phone service!
