I bought these two Faraday flashlights in case of emergency to see where to plug all my cables into my computer. I read the entire package before purchasing it for $2.99 plus tax. It makes claims that you never have to use batteries and bulbs again and that all you have to do it shake it up to charge it. I had to shake it up alot to get any flicker of light. When I tried it on my computer, I could not see anything. It does not light up enough for me to see my computer cables. The accompanying little flashlight does not have any light whatsoever. These flashlights are worthless! I want a full money refund!

I cannot believe I have to go through hassle of paying waiting 30 minutes for a bus again, paying bus fare, and hassling with the store cashier to return this product to the store!

Immediately after filing a report with ripoffreport.com, I went to Cricket Holdings, LLC's website and e-mailed them a complaint of their Farraday flashlights. My e-mail was returned to my Yahoo! e-mail inbox immediately. The following is the answer that I got: Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 No such user here.

When I bought the flashlights at the 99 cent Bargain store in Carson, California on Avalon Blvd., the female cashier said that I could return it if they did not work within 7 days showing the store receipt. A few days later, I returned the flashlights, and a young, male, Armenian cashier gave me a hassle saying that I could not return an opened package on electronic items from now on, and I only cut the trim off of one side of the package. I did not damage it too much. We got in an argument. I told him repeatedly, "I cannot see anything with those flashlights. They do not work." The Armenian cashier tried to sell me another junk flashlight of similar type. I refused it, and I took a store credit to buy something else. I do not appreciate the hassle I got from the Aremenian cashier either.
