I use Cricket Wireless for my Telephone, Voice Mail and Internet. I also use my phone as a hot spot. When I pay my bill early, Cricket refuses to reset my account, consequently my Internet speed is at a crawl until Cricket resets the account. If my bill is due on the 20th and I pay my bill early on the 18th, Cricket will not reset my Internet speed until midnight on the 20th.
So, Cricket has the benefit of my money, but I don't have the benefit of the service that I paid for. My account should reset as soon as I make a payment. Cricket would have to buy more bandwidth, but they don't because they want to save money at my expense. This is fundamentally wrong. Cricket is a Ripoff. I can't wait until Google brings their Free Wireless to town and puts Cricket out of business.
