Cricket Wireless Edmond and Elizabeth They refused to return my money and give me a new phone though the receipt has 3 sentences saying i can refund within 7days nothing more Indianapolis Indiana

 I tried to take my phone back to the store i bought it from. My receipt states i can return it within 7 days. I took it back in 2 days. They refuse to take it back or help with getting a new phone. The manager stopped helping to go out and smoke marijuana with his friend. Then came back in said he cant gelp go online and find out any information myself. I called every number i could on the 7th day i finally got ahold of a manager on a online customer service. All she could say is sorry there is nothing she can do go back to the same store i was disrespected in. I cant get a phone or my money back. Im sick and my kids are out of state i spent all that money on a service and phone i can not use.
