I happend to check my bank account charges today 7/25/13 and I saw i charge from Cricket. The problem is I had cancelled the phone service i had with them 12/15/2012.  As i Looked at my bank account they had continued the automatic debit at 59.28 for 7 months. Thats 414.96 for a cancelled service. So i called them and they stopped the automatic debit but would not refund any of their previous charges.  Because they said I had to call a seperate line to do that. Which of course not anyhere on their website. You can't even cancel the debit from the website. So After sppeaking with the customer service person today, magaically they were able to cancel it on that service call without transferring to another line or giving me anouther number. this is an obvious business practice. as they already had a script fo what to say. Instead of fixing the issue they would rather continue to have critics of their service in the name of swindling people for services not provided. I will never ever use them and I will make sure every time i have a chance I will tell this story. I will be handing out flyers at best buy corporate office, so they can stop using these crooks.
