Criswell Honda service department rip off Germantown, Maryland

On May 30, 2012, I had Honda service my vehicle. I was charged a total of $1400.00 ($663.45 labor and $642.24 parts) for repairs, which included front brakes and rotors, 2 new tires with alignment and balance, 40 pt inspection, and replacement of front ball joint boots. However, over the next couple of weeks I had to repeatedly return my vehicle because I was still experiencing a vibration while driving, hearing a clicking noise when I turned, and a pulsation in the brakes.

I was given several excuses by service rep., Theik Aung, for the vibration of my car and the noise my car was made when turning. It wasnt until my July 13 and 18 visits that the brakes were finally repaired correctly because he claimed they were the cause of the noise. I was also told that my transmission and engine mounts were broken which they claimed was the cause of the vibration.

However, upon taking my vehicle to a different Honda service provider, it was determined that the noise
was made by my front axle, none of my tires were balanced, and my transmission and engine mounts were not broken. I was shown the mounts as proof. When I asked what caused my tires to be so out of balance when Criswell Honda claimed they balanced them, they said most likely their machine was not calibrated correctly. I do not appreciate the unprofessional service of Criswell Honda, which includes the lies about the condition of my vehicle and the money I was charged for service that wasnt completed/correct.
