This company is notorious for bad service, complete lack of integrity, and a total abuse of power. When they have been asked to provide accounting for their services, you will never get an accurate statement from them. This means one thing: THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, and NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR SERVICES THAT THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE.

In the public records of the case where Critical Solutions is a Defendant which was filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, In and For the County of Los Angeles, North Valley District: Chatsworth, Case Number PC-052372, Critical Solutions was required to provide specific and particular information WHICH THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE:

[1] In any request or demand for Critical Solutions to provide copies of any oral or written contracts or agreements for services provided, NONE WERE EVER PROVIDED.

[2] In a request for an explanation of services, Critical Solutions responds with bullying tactics and threats of retaliation and lawsuits. They break the law to harass and intimidate their clients, and they take things into their own hands by breaking the law, thinking that they are ABOVE THE LAW!

[3] In a request to identify specific guard services and time allocations of services by each day and time, they refuse to provide any such accountability.

[4] In a request to specify what each guard has performed to justify their daily/hourly rates, no such accountability has ever been provided by this company.

[5] In any question or dispute as to services rendered, Critical Solutions resorts to extreme bullying, thugging, intimidation, harassment, and gangster-like tactics.

[6] In any request to justify extra expenses, Critical Solutions refuses to provide any documentation or backup. They pad the bill with such things as travel time, "overtime fees," "guard stand-by fees," "uncategorized expenses," "miscellaneous expenses," and "management fees" that have no basis in any contractual agreement.

[7] These made-up fees were thrown in for the sole and express purpose of NEVER providing a refund for any advance payments made that Critical Solutions never provided services for. ANYTHING YOU PAY TO THESE CROOKS IN ADVANCE WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED, EVEN WHEN THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO YOU! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

In summary, CRITICAL SOLUTIONS HAS NO INTEGRITY !! THEY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE !! THEY THROW IN HIDDEN FEES TO JUSTIFY RIPPING YOU OFF !! THEY ARE BULLIES !!!
