CRM sent me 2 letters the first one I ignored it. They said i won something and i needed to contact them within a few days. Very important. Then they sent me the second letter and said that my deadline had expired but they had temporarily extended the deadline and it was very important once again to contact them.

Rewards Department Supervisor Lisa Eastwood . Anyhow I called only to find out they wanted a debit card or credit card i knew something was wrong so I told them no thank you and hung up.
