Cross Country Bank ripoff scam Huntington West Virginia

Aka Applied Card Systems cheated employees and screwed the customers even more .....

As a "former" employee of Cross Country Bank aka Applied Card Systems, I would like to address current and ex employee's first. As we all know, at least anyone who has ever worked there, we made great money and had even greater benefits. However, Was it really worth the stress, anguish, tears, threats, and retaliatins we had to endure??? I dont think so. Personally as a CSR i did the very best job that ACS allowed me to do. With the lies we were made to tell customers,( OH, excuse me that was updated to "cardholder" wasnt it? )the supposedly lost faxes containing stop calling info, or copies of money orders, cancelled checks, and yes, even death certificates. WHEEW!!

The list goes on an on an on. However, there were a couple of things that really nailed it for me personally. How about the "sercurity" camara's in the bathrooms? Or how many times were we made to clock in 15 to 20 mins ahead of time that we didnt get paid for> and my oh my how many times we were Stuck on a call till 15 or 20 mins after out shift ended?? Of course, then our Christmas bonus checks went away :( What was left? Threats of write ups if we didnt get so many pay by phone checks, even though we were no longer paid for them.

Sheesh..how many times were you threatened if you took a bathroom break that extended your break time allowed by 30 seconds? I am very seriously thinking class action here..Invasion of my privacy when i was pulling up my panty hose..and Sweat shop hours that i didnt get paid for..think about it..it could add up to 17 hours a month..multiply that by 5000 employees..by 12 months an u get a whopping appox 50 g ACS has pocketed at our expense.

To my valued customes..oops.. cardholders...I honestly did the best I could to help you. I explained fee's over an over, i begged supervisors to give u a credit on a late or over limit fee, but it got to the point where we were not even allowed to call our own super. I noted each an every call with memos, expressing your anger and hate, I cant even recall how many times I was called a b***h or worse, yet I was always polite and held my tongue. You know why? Because I knew u had been ripped off, although a small majority was rip off artists themselves. Just remember, any Customer Service Rep is going thru exactly what you are and possibly worse.

We are talked down to, threatened with termination if we give u real names...oh! Didnt u know the names on the mail u get is bogus? There is no such person as Shane Neff..hahaahaha..not really funny because we are MADE to lie, we are not even allowed to give out Old Rocco's name, the real owner/ceo of Cross Country. But anyways' ya'l have a nice day..an by the way...Thanks for doing Business with Cross country "BANK"..oh yea thats another fact..If we dont use the actual word "bank" we get a big fat ZERO on our quality assurance montitored call...oh well..Life at ACS..goes on an on an on an on
