Do Not Use Cross Country Mortgage.  They are just a Middle Man to get a Loan.  They sell ALL loans prior to making your first mortgage payment.  They sold our loan to a company that is too busy to answer their phone.  They could care less about this problem.  They get you the loan, sell the loan and wash their hands of it all.  Again, they are just a Middle Man & they do not care who they sell your loan to.  They are Horrible.  They do not tell you this either when you are getting the loan, even though we asked them quite a few times.  After they sold our loan within a couple of weeks after signing--they told us they sell loans all over the world--they are not familiar with who they are dealing with.  Isn't that just great.  Total Shmucks.
