I ordered a crossbow and some crossbow bolts from Crossbow Country back on September 29th 2009. The bow did not come after a few weeks and i sent an e-mail on October 20th 2009 as to the status of my order. The person named Jay replied to my e-mail and told me that my crossbow was on backorder and that they would ship it out express as soon as it came in. More weeks went by and its now November and it still has not arrived. I have sent out 4 additional e-mails to them telling them that if my crossbow has not been shipped i want my money refunded and they have not replied. I think its time to get my bank involved. They billed me as National Archery Supply out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada so i think there is something fishy going on. I just though i would tell you all my story and tell you to stay away from crossbow country as you will probably never see your order or get your money back. Thanks

I just came across this notice regarding Crossbow Country not fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

I wanted to let everyone know that I just started my company on August 22nd 2012, in Florida called Crossbow Country as well as bought the website www.CrossbowCountry.com

My company has no affiliation with the previous mail order company that I have read about. Crossbow Country, located at www.CrossbowCountry.com is a crossbow hunters video destination review television show where we review hunting lodges and hunting grounds throughout the country.

We plan to have our website up and operational within a week or so and hope to see everyone there.

I made contact with Crossbow Country and they refunded my money.

I ordered a Barnett Panzer 5 from the same place. My ordeal started on August 3. I tried to make contact on several occasions and received the same replies. I also did a Goggle Earth search to find out that the address is a residential area I finely contacted Barnett and logged a complaint concerning their supplier, only to find out that Crossbow Country/ National Archery Supply was not a customer. They did advise me that they would look into the Company. Shortly after I received my Crossbow however I did have to drive for 2 HRS to get it at a Bus Station to pick it up.On the box were shipping labels Barnett, National Archery Supply and the company they purchased it from. I sent this information on to Barnett they were very thankful.
I would advise you to contact the Manufacturer of the items you ordered, they need to know. I also would suggest you contact you local police. I live in Ontario Canada and the Ontario Provincial Police have an Internet fraud squad. This guy has to be shut down one way or another. Good Luck.
