CrossCountry Mortgage Allied Home Mortgage He ripped me off plan and simple. Contacted me to advertise, took my money and never advertised. Would lie to me and tell me that the system was down. That the magazine was delayed etc. This went o Las Vegas, Nevada

I was contacted by David in April of 2011 to advertise in the Hotel & Doctors Magazine.  He met with me at my office showed me and explained the magazine to me.  When I told him I needed time to think about advertising.  He told me that their was only 1 space left for Mortgages.  That he had someone else that was willing to take the place.  But he was giving me the first opportunity, because of my other advertising I had published in other magazines.  I agreed and wrote him a check for $500.  He had me sign a contract and said his advertising designer would contact me.  

Weeks went by and I contacted David, because the designer never contacted me.  He put me in contact with him. The designer told me that he was back up and having issues with his computer.  That he would get with me.  Several months went by with me calling David and the designer several times with no return calls.  I finally tracked down the number for the corporate office of Western Publishing and found the number to be disconnected.  I then left a message for David stating that I was contacting an Attorney. 

He called me back the same day.  He explained that they had gotten backed up and that they where having issues with computers etc.  He promised me that my ad would be published in October's magazine.  It again never happened.  I made several attempts at contacting him and he never returned my call.  In November my Company, Allied Home Mortgage was shut down.  CrossCountry Mortgage then took over our office and we resumed business.  I again tried contacting David regarding a refund due to his scam.  He never returned my calls.

I did research and found that he has been scamming people for years.  This man needs to be prosecuted for his scams.  When will his victims get justice???  When will this guy be caught and how many more people have to become victims before he is stopped?
